Mitfloc 5376L
Coagulant/ Flocculant for Liquid / Solids Separation
Description
Mitfloc 5376L is a synthetic medium molecular weight cationic coagulant supplied as a convenient-to-use liquid. It is used for emulsion breaking or coagulation of suspended solids and sludge conditioning in process and wastewater streams. Mitfloc 5376L may also provide a cost benefit when fed with primary coagulants such as alum, ferric chloride, etc., by reducing the inorganic feed amount and sludge produced. Waters treated with Mitfloc 5376L tend to form more stable, easily flocculated solids which often result in reduced sludge volume.
Key Properties
- Efficient, cost effective coagulation of suspended solids.
- Cost-effective supplement to inorganic coagulant usage.
- Effective flocculation of suspended solids generated by biological treatment processes.
- Improved, dependable emulsion breaking.
- Reduced sludge volume, resulting in lower disposal costs.
