Mitfloc 5379L
Coagulant/ Flocculant for Liquid / Solids Separation
Description
Mitfloc 5379L is a synthetic high molecular weight cationic coagulant supplied as a convenient-to-use liquid. It is used for emulsion breaking, coagulation or flocculation of suspended solids and sludge conditioning in process and wastewater streams. Mitfloc 5379L may also provide a cost benefit when fed with primary coagulants such as alum, ferric chloride, etc., by reducing the inorganic feed amount and sludge produced. Waters treated with Mitfloc 5379L tend to form more stable, easily flocculated solids which often result in reduced sludge volume. Some of the processes in which Mitfloc 5379L is used include Flotation, Waste Dewatering, Oil/Water Separation, Turbid Water Clarification, Industrial Waste Clarification
