Nilodor J885 is a white, slightly cloudy liquid with a mild pleasant odor. It works effectively to simultaneously react with and neutralize odors from various sources, including hydrogen sulfide (H2S), methyl mercaptan, ammonia, phenols, formaldehyde, solvent odors, sulfur dioxide (SO2) and amine-based chemicals. It is biodegradable, emulsifiable and may be applied by spray into the air or by direct addition to an aqueous waste stream. Nilodor J885 contains essential oils that give pleasant odors, but their primary function is to react with, dissolve and neutralize odor causing “osmogenes” to eliminate the source of the odors. Nilodor J885 is not a masking agent; it is a true odor counteractant. This product is not considered to be toxic, irritating or sensitizing. Nilodor J885 is very biodegradable.
